Accessibility statement and policy.
Last updated 16 July 2026. How the Verikal site is built, what has already been made accessible, what still depends on third-party services, and how to contact us when something does not work.
Our commitment
Verikal is committed to providing equal, respectful, and accessible digital service to all visitors. The site is operated by Alpha Ninja Ltd., a company registered in Israel, and is maintained in the spirit of Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility is not a final add-on. It is part of the code, design, and ongoing maintenance of the site.
Standard used for this site
The site is built toward Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA. In practice, we also test and develop against WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical, because it is the more current standard for new web work.
Checks include keyboard navigation, VoiceOver and NVDA screen-reader use, browser zoom up to 200%, color contrast, field labels, and error states.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML structure — a single
<h1>per page and a<main>landmark with a skip target. - Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Color contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA on both the editorial and futurist themes.
- RTL support for the Hebrew locale, with
lang="he-IL"set server-side. - Locale and theme switchers are operable by keyboard and announced correctly to assistive tech.
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion— animations stop when the visitor’s OS asks them to. - No auto-playing audio or video.
- Form fields in the booking flow have programmatic labels and inline error messages.
On-site accessibility helper
The site includes a small accessibility helper that is part of Verikal’s own code and is not loaded as a third-party overlay script. It does not replace accessible site construction, screen readers, or operating system accessibility settings, but it can make browsing easier.
- Increase text size in two steps.
- Switch to high contrast.
- Show the page in grayscale.
- Use a simpler readable font.
- Increase line and paragraph spacing.
- Make keyboard focus indicators stronger.
- Reduce motion and animation.
- Underline links.
- Open this accessibility statement directly.
The helper preferences are saved only in the browser’s localStorage and are not sent to us.
Known limitations
- The discovery-call booking is handled by an embedded Cal.com flow. Cal.com publishes its own accessibility statement; we don’t control its internals.
- PDF documents linked from the library are not yet audited individually. Ask us if you need an accessible version of a specific document.
- New marketing content may temporarily fall short of our own standards before our next review catches it.
Service and meetings
Verikal provides digital service and holds meetings by Zoom, phone, or another channel agreed in advance. We do not operate a permanent public reception office. If an accommodation is needed for a call or meeting, contact us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to adapt the format.

How to report a problem
If something doesn’t work for you, email us at hello@verikal.ai with as much of the following as you have:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The page URL.
- Your browser and version.
- Your operating system.
- Any assistive technology you use (screen reader, magnifier, switch, etc.).
We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to resolve, or offer an accessible alternative, within 30 days.
