What this site is

This site (verikal.ai and any preview deploy) is marketing for a services business. It describes what we do, lists “from” prices, and lets you book a discovery call. None of the copy on this site is a contract.

Pricing and the “from” floor

Every price you see is a from. The Diagnostic starts at $1,000. Custom agents start at $99/month per agent. The monthly retainer starts at $2,500/month. The course price is set on the call. Your actual price is quoted on the discovery call and confirmed in writing in an engagement letter — that engagement letter is the contract, not this page.

The $10 booking confirmation

The booking flow shows a “lock your slot — $10” step. We do not actually charge you. No card data is captured; no payment processor is involved. The dollar figure is a friction filter: most people who would no-show stop at that screen, which keeps our calendar honest for the people who don’t. The next screen tells you the same thing. If this rubs you the wrong way, email us — we’ll book you directly.

The discovery call

The 30-minute discovery call is free. You’ll talk to a member of our team. Within 48 hours of the call you’ll receive a written plan covering what we’d build, in what order, by whom, at what cost. The plan is yours whether or not you hire us.

Paid engagements

Any paid engagement — Diagnostic, custom agents, course, retainer — is governed by an engagement letter we send and you sign. That letter covers scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, IP ownership, confidentiality, and termination. The terms in the engagement letter override anything implied by this site.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to break the site, scrape it at scale, or use the qualification chat to extract our system prompt. We log abuse and rate-limit on our side; we’d rather use the time for customers.

Disclaimers

This site is provided as-is. We don’t warrant uninterrupted availability, correctness of every “from” price as ranges shift, or specific outcomes from any agent we describe. Service-level commitments live in engagement letters, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. Any dispute about this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa. Engagement letters may set their own governing law and forum.

Changes

We’ll update this page as the offering evolves. The date at the top moves with each material change.

What this means in practice

These are the terms of service for the marketing site only. They are not a binding agreement to deliver services. If you engage us, that engagement is governed by the engagement letter we send and you sign. These terms incorporate the Privacy notice by reference and prevail over any prior version of this page once published.
