What's the problem
Inventory in one file, sales in another, orders in a third — and you're the link between them. You type the same numbers twice, update by hand every morning, and burn hours a week on it. And the moment someone rushes, the files stop agreeing with each other.
What we build
An agent that connects to all your sources — Excel files, sheets, systems — and syncs them into one file that updates itself. No double entry, no manual merging. We handle the mess behind it too: duplicates, missing rows, formats that don't line up.
What it looks like day to day
Every morning the merged file is already current — before you reach the office. Want to know something? Ask the agent in plain language ("how much of item X did we sell this month?") and get an answer from the real data, without building a new spreadsheet.
